F.W. Webb Company acquires Stritt & Priebe
Inc. and VJ Stanley, Inc.

Webb Company today announces the acquisition of Stritt & Priebe,
Inc., a specialist in industrial valve supply, service and repair in
Buffalo, NY, and VJ Stanley, Inc., a wholesale distributor and
manufacturers' representative of steam and hydronic products in
Rochester, NY.
Stritt & Priebe has been a reliable resource for expertise, service
and supply of specialty industrial valves, pipes and fittings since
1922. Stritt & Priebe owners, Bill Victor & Joel Scott, acquired VJ
Stanley in 2014. VJ Stanley has been a wholesale distributor of
steam and hydronic products, serving the HVAC and engineering
communities in the Rochester area for more than 70 years.
Commenting on the acquisitions, Jeff Pope, Owner and President of
