Eastern Energy Expo ’19 Opens for
Business.

Exhibit Space and Sponsorships available; Call for Presenters
Don’t Miss the Premier Trade Show for the Energy and Comfort
Industries
Sponsorship and booth reservations are now in full swing for Eastern
Energy Expo 2019 taking place May 19-22 at Hershey Lodge &
Convention Center, Hershey, PA. Just days after officially opening
for business, more than 20% of exhibit space is already reserved.
Eastern Energy Expo brings together under one roof: wholesale and
retail heating fuel marketers, motor fuel distributors, diesel and
biodiesel distributors, propane marketers and service
professionals—all shopping for the latest and best in products and
services. Eastern Energy Expo excels in placing buyers in front of
our exhibitors. When many industry shows draw attendees in the
hundreds, EEE has averaged 4,000 attendees over the past three
years.
The annual convention and trade show is co-hosted by the Atlantic
Region Energy Expo (AREE), the Oil & Energy Service Professionals (OESP)
and the Pennsylvania Petroleum Association (PPA).

The two-day trade show will be open May 21 and 22, showcasing the
latest products and services for the petroleum marketing and HVAC
industry.
The 2019 floor plan features nearly 300 exhibits in two halls as
well as an outdoor Truck Showcase and outdoor equipment displays.
Additionally, numerous sponsorship and marketing opportunities, to
increase branding and visibility for participating companies, are
available.
Sponsors and exhibitors will have instant access to the leading
providers of fuels and home comfort needs to millions of consumers
in the Northeast, one of the most populated regions in the United
States.
Exhibit spaces are 8’ x 10’ with options for corners, inline,
premium hallway, Marquee and island displays. Booth selection is on
a first-come, first-served basis.
Now is the time to sign-up and reserve the ideal spot. Exhibitors
who pay in full by October 31, 2018 are eligible for a chance to win
a hotel suite at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center during the
conference.
There are also plenty of sponsorship opportunities in which
companies can have their logo on official conference signage, as
well as print ads, web ads, complimentary conference registrations,
branded e-blasts and exhibitor booths.
Participants won’t want to miss the numerous educational programs
that cater to all company personnel, including owners, managers,
service managers, technicians, and customer service representatives.
And there will be plenty of fun, as EEE 2019 is all about social and
networking opportunities from sun up to sundown.
Call For Presenters
Eastern Energy Expo is currently accepting applications for speakers
and programs at next year’s event. If you would like to be
considered for a program or presenter at any of the business
programs to be held during the show, download the Request for
Presentation application on the website. The deadline for
submissions is December 3, 2018.
