OESP Road Show Offers Extensive
Education Program.

OESP’s first Road Show will feature over thirteen hours of
education for industry professionals. The two-day event will
take place at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut from May 12-13, 2014.
The education program includes something for everyone with both
managerial and technical classes. Take this opportunity to
enhance your professional development and sharpen your skills.
The management-specific sessions will give owners and managers a
sneak peak at OESP’s Professional Service Manager’s Academy. During
Monday’s sessions, you can learn more about the true cost of a call
back, the impacts of recurring service revenue, implementing change,
quality service pricing, how to gain customers and increase
referrals, and low-rate financing for energy-efficient heating
systems. On Tuesday, you can take courses on budgeting and risk
management.

The Road Show’s
technical and sales workshops will give you insight into new
technology and alternative fuels. These sessions will cover smart
pumps, controls and resets, duct design, ventilation, efficiencies
and fuel costs, outdoor reset controls, mini splits, radiant, future
energy trends, and more.
